The Outer Limits Of Reason Epub 11

When collecting and storing user information within an EPUB publication (e.g., through the use of cookies and webstorage [html]), EPUB creators need to consider to potential for data theft by other EPUBpublications on a reading system. Although [epub-rs-33] introduces a unique origin requirement for EPUB publications, which limits the potential for attacks, there is still a risk that reading systems will allow EPUBpublications access to shared persistent storage (e.g., older reading systems that have not beenupdated and non-conforming newer reading systems). Consequently, EPUB creators SHOULD NOT storesensitive user data in persistent storage. If EPUB creators must store sensitive data, they SHOULDencrypt the data to prevent trivial access to it in the case of an exploit.

Yes, I agree that a von Grotthuss water-proton mechanism can be a good explanation for conduction at the outer interface. However as can be seen in the reviews on LPT, it is not the only mechanism in discussion. Now, regarding the inner interface transport, to me, the preferred mechanism would be also the von Grotthuss water-proton wire. However I think that there is not enough evidence to underline it respect to other possible mechanisms. What my theory suggests is, that proton transport through the inner interface could have distinct advantages over transport through the outer interface, chiefly to avoid proton losses, as it is explained in the text. Also, given that the outer interface presents different functional groups in bacteria/mitochondria and LPT has been detected in most cases, since the inner interface is chemically much more homogeneous it would represent a reasonable alternative route. The Fig. 1 is commented below, and it has been modified.
